スポーツ医学分析部門で保有しているCronoSTAR™96 Real-Time PCR Systemを使用して、qPCRアッセイを実施します。cDNAやDNAをご提出ください（逆転写反応から依頼したい場合は要相談）。⊿CT法、もしくは、検量線法が適用可能です。 We will perform qPCR assays using the CronoSTAR™96 Real-Time PCR System owned by the Sports Medicine Analysis Department. Please submit cDNA or DNA (please consult us if you would like to request reverse transcription reaction). The ⊿CT method or the standard curve method can be applied. |
