仕様・特徴 Specification・Features |
ご自身でRNAの抽出・精製と、濃度調整、クオリティーの確認を行っていただき、FASTQを納品するプランです（上級者向け）。 下記の要件を満たすRNAの提出をお願いいたします。 1. ナノドロップでRNA濃度とクオリティーをご確認ください: 260nm/230nmが1.6以上、260nm/280nmが1.7以上あることをご確認ください。 2. バイオアナライザーもしくはゲル電気泳動でリボソーマルRNAのバンドが明瞭で、分解がない事を確認してください(DNA用のアガロースゲル電気泳動でも確認可能です)。 3. RNAの濃度を100ng/ul もしくは50ng/ulに調整し、総量で30μl以上ご提出ください。 This plan involves extracting and purifying RNA yourself, adjusting the concentration, and checking the quality, and then delivering the FASTQ (for advanced users). Please submit RNA that meets the following requirements. 1. Check the RNA concentration and quality with Nanodrop: Make sure that 260nm/230nm is 1.6 or higher, and 260nm/280nm is 1.7 or higher. 2. Use a bioanalyzer or gel electrophoresis to confirm that the ribosomal RNA band is clear and not decomposed (can also be confirmed with agarose gel electrophoresis for DNA). 3. Adjust the RNA concentration to 100ng/ul or 50ng/ul, and submit a total volume of 30μl or more. |
