暗室不要で省スペースながら、マウスだけで操作のできるフル電動制御のオールインワン蛍光顕微鏡。 モノクロ・カラー冷却CCDや大型電動ステージなどの先進的なハードウェアを搭載。 ・ウェルプレートやディッシュにも対応可能な位相差レンズを装着しています。 ・特別な技術、調整を必要とせず、誰でも手軽に鮮明な画像を撮影でき、定量化をはじめとした高度な解析が行えます。 ・ ステージに置くだけでどこでも自由に観察可能。マルチウェル全面観察対応の大型電動ステージ搭載。 ・Cy7などの近赤外波長にも感度を持ち、深層発現する細胞の観察にも適しています。また、蛍光光源は紫外から近赤外まで幅広い波長域を有しています。光源を追加することなく、フィルタ交換だけで各種蛍光色素に対応できます。 設置年月日 2024.2.15 An all-in-one fluorescence microscope with full motorized control that does not require a darkroom and saves space, and can be operated with only a mouse.
