マウスやラットのジェノタイピングを実施します。DNA抽出・精製はヒト型双腕ロボットLabDroid Maholoを使用します。アルカリ溶解法と、ビーズ精製法を兼用し、出来る限り不純物を除き、PCRジェノタイピング実験に適応できるグレードのDNAを精製しリアルタイムPCR装置で遺伝型を決定します。 事前に遺伝子情報や、プライマー設計について打ち合わせが必須です。 サンプル提出の方法と返却： こちらで用意した96well plateにマウスの尾部組織1-2mmを入れてください。その後、160μlの50mM NaOH/wellとして分注し、シールで蓋をして提出をお願いいたします。必要な96well plateとシールはこちらで提供可能です。残余DNAはご希望があれば返却可能です。 その他： 価格はプライマーペア1つの場合です。プライマーペアが1つ追加（PCR反応の追加）ごとに300円加算されます。 マウス・ラット以外の動物種も対応できる可能性がありますので、ご相談ください。 Genotyping of mice and rats is performed using the LabDroid Maholo, a humanoid dual-arm robot, for DNA extraction and purification. Alkaline lysis and bead purification methods are used to remove impurities as much as possible, and DNA of a grade suitable for PCR genotyping experiments is purified and genotyped using a real-time PCR system. Prior discussion on genetic information and primer design is required. How to submit and return samples: Please put 1-2 mm of mouse tail tissue in a 96-well plate prepared by us. Then, dispense 160 µl of 50 mM NaOH/well, cover with a seal, and submit. The required 96-well plate and seal can be provided here. Residual DNA can be returned upon request. Other: Price is for one primer pair. 300 yen will be added for each additional primer pair (additional PCR reaction). We may be able to provide services for animal species other than mice and rats, so please contact us. |
