マウスやラットのジェノタイピングを実施します。DNA抽出・精製はヒト型双腕ロボットLabDroid Maholoを使用します。アルカリ溶解法と、ビーズ精製法を兼用し、出来る限り不純物を除き、PCRジェノタイピング実験に適応できるグレードのDNAを精製しリアルタイムPCR装置で遺伝型を決定します。 事前に遺伝子情報や、プライマー設計について打ち合わせが必須です。 マウスの尾部組織1-2mm程度をカットいただき、氷冷状態でご提供ください。実験完了後ジェノタイプの結果をレポートします。また抽出・精製したDNA溶液50ul-100ulを96well plateに分注し、お返しします。マウス・ラット以外の動物種も対応できる可能性がありますので、ご相談ください。価格はプライマーペア1つの場合です。プライマーペアが1つ追加（PCR反応の追加）ごとに300円加算されます。 Perform genotyping of mice and rats. DNA extraction and purification is performed using a humanoid dual-armed robot, LabDroid Maholo. Using both the alkaline lysis method and the bead purification method, we remove as many impurities as possible, purify the DNA to a grade suitable for PCR genotyping experiments, and determine the genotype using a real-time PCR device. It is essential to discuss genetic information and primer design in advance. Please cut approximately 1-2 mm of mouse tail tissue and offer to ourlab with stored on ice. We will report the genotype results after the experiment is completed. We will also dispense 50ul-100ul of the extracted and purified DNA solution into a 96-well plate and return it to you. We may also be able to handle animal species other than mice and rats, so please contact us for details. Price is for one primer pair. 300 yen will be added for each additional primer pair (additional PCR reaction). |
