マウスやラットのジェノタイピング用のDNAをヒト型双腕ロボットLabDroid Maholoを用いて、抽出・精製します。アルカリ溶解法と、ビーズ精製法を兼用し、出来る限り不純物を除き、PCRジェノタイピング実験に適応できるグレードのDNAを提供します。マウスの尾部組織1-2mm程度をカットいただき、氷冷状態でご提供ください。抽出・精製したDNA溶液50ul-100ulを96well plateに分注し、お返しします。マウス・ラット以外の動物種も対応できる可能性がありますので、ご相談ください。 DNA for mouse and rat etc. genotyping is extracted and purified using the humanoid dual-arm robot LabDroid Maholo. Using both the alkaline lysis method and bead purification method, we remove impurities as much as possible and provide DNA of a grade suitable for PCR genotyping experiments. Please cut approximately 1-2 mm of mouse tail tissue and offer to our lab on stored on ice. We will dispense 50ul-100ul of the extracted and purified DNA solution into a 96-well plate and return it to you. We may also be able to handle animal species other than mice and rats, so please contact us for details. |
