マウスやラットのジェノタイピング用のDNAをヒト型双腕ロボットLabDroid Maholoを用いて、抽出・精製します。アルカリ溶解法と、ビーズ精製法を兼用し、出来る限り不純物を除き、PCRジェノタイピング実験に適応できるグレードのDNAを提供します。 サンプル提出の方法と返却： こちらで用意した96well plateにマウスの尾部組織1-2mmを入れてください。その後、160μlの50mM NaOH/wellとして分注し、シールで蓋をして提出をお願いいたします。必要な96well plateとシールはこちらで提供可能です。 抽出・精製したDNA溶液50ul-100ulを96well plateに分注し、お返しします。 その他： マウス・ラット以外の動物種も対応できる可能性がありますので、ご相談ください。 DNA for mouse and rat genotyping is extracted and purified using the LabDroid Maholo, a humanoid dual-arm robot. We use both alkaline lysis and bead purification methods to remove impurities as much as possible and provide DNA of a grade suitable for PCR genotyping experiments. How to submit and return samples: Please put 1-2 mm of mouse tail tissue in a 96-well plate prepared by us. Then, dispense 160 µl of 50 mM NaOH/well, cover with a seal, and submit.
