医学医療系 スポーツ医学分析部門ではミトコンドリアDNA全長の配列を次世代シーケンサー（NGS）でリシーケンス解析しており、委託利用も開始しました。 全ゲノムシーケンスと同様の手法を適用し、ペアエンド換算で2000～3000万リード取得します(150b PE) 。得られたリードをリファレンス配列にマッピングする事でデータ解析を実施します。 依頼者様へは、レポートデータとして、各種ファイル（FASTA、BAM等）、バリアントコール結果の一覧表、BAMファイルの可視化画像などを納品します。DNA抽出から依頼される場合は、別途試薬代が発生します。 In the Sports Medicine Analysis Department of the Medical and Health Sciences Division, we are performing whole mitochondrial DNA sequencing using next-generation sequencers (NGS) and have begun accepting requests for this service. Using the same method as whole genome sequencing, 20-30 million paired-end reads (150b PE) will be obtained, as whole mitochondrial DNA sequencing. Data analysis is performed by mapping the obtained reads to the reference sequence. We will deliver report data to clients in the form of various files (FASTA, BAM, etc.), a list of variant call results, and visual images of BAM files. If DNA extraction is requested, additional reagent costs will apply. |

| 備考 Remark | 10ng/ul 以上の濃度で、100ng以上のDNAをご提出ください。分解度大きいDNAの場合、シーケンシングが出来な場合があります。なるべくインタクトなDNAの提出をお願いしております。 未開拓の生物種の種についてはご相談ください。可能な限り柔軟に対応させていただきます。 |
