医学医療系 スポーツ医学分析部門ではミトコンドリアDNA全長の配列を次世代シーケンサー（NGS）でリシーケンス解析しており、委託利用も開始しました。(参考論文:https://www.mdpi.com/2076-2615/13/14/2332)依頼される場合は精製DNAを提出いただき、4つのプライマーペアを用いてロングレンジPCRを実施、得られたアンプリコンを次世代シーケンサーで読み取り、バイオインフォマティクス解析も実施します。依頼者様へは、レポートデータとして、各種ファイル（FASTA、BAM等）、バリアントコール結果の一覧表、BAMファイルの可視化画像などを納品します。カバレッジは最低3000以上を目指しデータを取得します。NGSはilumina社のMiniSeqもしくはMiSeqを適用します。DNA抽出から依頼される場合は、別途試薬代が発生します。 Our laboratry has begun using next-generation sequencing (NGS) to perform resequencing analysis of full-length mitochondrial DNA, and we have also begun using this service on consignment (Refarence: https://www.mdpi.com/2076-2615/13/14/2332). When requested, purified DNA is neede to submit for our lab, long-range PCR is performed using four primer pairs, and the resulting amplicons are read by the next-generation sequencer, which also performs bioinformatics analysis. Various files (FASTA, BAM, etc.), a list of variant call results, and visualization images of BAM files will be delivered to the client as report data. We aim to obtain data with coverage of at least 3000, and NGS will be performed using ilumina's MiniSeq or MiSeq.If you request from DNA extraction, a separate reagent fee will be charged. |

| 備考 Remark | 10ng/ul 以上の濃度で、100ng以上のDNAをご提出ください。分解度大きいDNAの場合、シーケンシングが出来な場合があります。なるべくインタクトなDNAの提出をお願いしております。 未開拓の生物種の種についてはご相談ください。可能な限り柔軟に対応させていただきます。 |
