当部門ではChIP シーケンス（ChIP-seq）解析を行っています。依頼者様には、免疫沈降後のChIP-DNAをご用意いただき、こちらでライブラリー作成後、次世代シーケンサー（NextSeq500）でペアエンドシーケンスを実施し、2000万リード程度（ペアエンド換算）取得します。その後得られたシーケンスデータを用いてバイオインフォマティクス解析を実施し、有意なピーク、すなわち転写因子などの結合領域を同定します。最終的に依頼者様へデータをまとめレポートを作成します。組織・細胞の状態で依頼したい場合はご相談ください。対応可能な場合があります。
Our department conducts ChIP sequence (ChIP-seq) analysis. The client will prepare ChIP-DNA after immunoprecipitation, then, ChIP-DNA wii be transfer to our laboratry. Next, we will create the library, and then perform pair-end sequencing with the next-generation sequencer (NextSeq500) to obtine about 20 million reads, in our laboratory. Bioinformatics analysis is then performed using the obtained sequence data to identify significant peaks, that is, binding regions such as transcription factors. Finally, we will create a report by summarizing the data to the requester. Please contact us if you would like to request in terms of tissue / cell condition. It may be possible to respond. |
