当部門では次世代シーケンサーより得られたデータを用いたバイオインフォマティクス解析の支援を行っています。ヒアリングご依頼者様の要望に沿った解析を実施し、図表を作成します。対応可能な解析の概要は以下の通りですが、当部門で保有する技術を超える解析には対応できない場合もありますのでご了承ください。当部門のRNAseq 解析を利用された方で、データ納品完了から1っか月以上経過した場合の再解析依頼はこちらをご利用ください。 対応可能な解析：RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ゲノムDNA-seq（常にアップデートしています） に伴うデータ解析。 対応可能なデータ：FASTQ、発現定量データ（TPM、RPKM、リードカウントデータなど） 対応可能な生物種：ヒト、マウス、ラットなどの哺乳類、バクテリア。 使用ソフトウエア・解析ツール：CLC Gemonics Workbench, R, Ptyton, GeneMania, Metascpe、DAVID、GSEAなど（常にアップデートしています）.。 作成可能な図表：発現定量データ、階層的クラスタリング、ヒートマップ、パスウェイ、GO（Gene Ontology）、Scatter plot、Volcano plot、遺伝子変異同定。 Our department have been supported bioinformatics analysis using data obtained from next-generation sequencers (NGS). We will carry out analysis according to the requester and create a figures and tables. The outline of the analysis that can be supported is as follows, However, please note that we may not be able to handle analysis that exceeds the technology possessed by our department.If you have used RNA-seq analysis in our department and have passed more than one month since the completion of data delivery, please use this survice to request reanalysis. Available analysis: Data analysis with RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, genomic DNA-seq (always updated). Available data: FASTQ, expression quantitative data (TPM, RPKM, read count data, etc.). Supported species: Mammals such as humans, mice and rats. Also Bacteria. Software and analysis tools used: CLC Gemonics Workbench, R, Ptyton, GeneMania, Metascpe, DAVID, GSEA, etc. (always updated). Figures and tables that can be created: expression quantitative data, hierarchical clustering, heat map, pathway, GO (Gene Ontology), Scatter plot, Volcano plot, Venn diagram, gene mutation identification. |
