312 nmのUVイルミネータを装備したゲル撮影装置です。 500万画素のCCDカメラでバンドの蛍光シグナルを取り込み、16 bitの標準TIFFファイルで保存します。蛍光と画像上のシグナルとの間の直線関係が保たれるように設計・テストされており、付属のソフト（PC専用）や他のフリーソフトを用いてバンドのDNA量（比）を知ることが出来ます。画像は本体内蔵のHDDのほかにUSBメモリに保存することも可能です。UVイルミネータは引き出し式で、簡単にバンドの切り出しを行うことが出来ます。 設置年月日 2021.8.30 A gel documentation system equipped with 312 nm UV transilluminator. The camera of the system has 5 million pixels and gives 16 bit standard TIFF image files of the fluorescent signal of the bands on a electrophoresis gel. The system is designed so that the signal on the image is proportional to the intensity of the band on the gel which enables one to quantify the bands using the dedicated software (PC only) or other public domain softwares. The images can be saved on a USB stick in addition to the built-in HDD. The transiluminator of the system has a drawer-like structure which enables one to cut desired bands from a gel on the illuminator. Installation date: 2021.8.30 |
