医学医療系 スポーツ医学研究室 分析部門では学内外の学生・研究者に対し、次世代シーケンサー(NGS)を用いたRNAシーケンス受託解析を行っています。 PolyA精製を行うmRNAシーケンス用のライブラリーを作成し、ペアエンド換算で2000万リード程度取得し、データ解析いたします。 依頼者様から抽出RNAを受け取り、こちらで、RNA品質確認、ライブラリー作成、NGSラン、データ解析まで行います。 後日解析データを依頼者様へお返しいたします。 また組織からRNA抽出操作も依頼したい場合はご相談ください。柔軟に対応いたします。 解析の流れなどについて、詳しくは以下のページにも記載していますのでご確認ください。https://www.takekoshi-rna-seq.com/gaidoline In our laboratory, we perform RNA sequence analysis using the next-generation sequencer (NGS) for students and researchers inside and outside of the university. We will create a library for mRNA sequences for PolyA purification, acquire about 20 million reads in terms of paired ends, and analyze the data. We receive samples of extracted RNA, tissues, and cell lysates from the client, and perform RNA quality confirmation, library creation, NGS run, and data analysis here. The analysis data will be returned to the requester at a later date.Please contact us if you would like to request an RNA extraction operation from the tissue.
