本装置は、キュベットを用いずに最少 1 µLのサンプルボリュームで測定できる分光光度計である。 190～850 nmの波長範囲をフルスキャンし、希釈の手間を省くために吸光度範囲は0～550 Abs (光路長10 mm換算) である。 キュベットも使用可であり、その測定時の吸光度範囲は0～1.5 Abs (光路長10 mm換算) である。 機器本体ソフトウェアには核酸測定やタンパク測定などのアプリケーションが含まれている。 設置年月日 2020.6.30 This is a spectrophotometer that has the capability to measure 1 µl sample as the minimum volume without cuvette. Wavelength ｒange is 190～850 nm (the full spectrum). Absorbance ｒange is 0～550 Abs (10 mm equivalent absorbance) to measure without the need for dilutions. The range is 0～1.5 Abs (10 mm equivalent absorbance) in the case of cuvettes usage.
