特徴 ・ 安全かつ簡便に極低温の測定環境を実現する極低温プローバーです。機械式冷凍機を用い、液体冷媒を一切使用せず、必要な時に温度域 4K台～300Kの測定環境を得ることが出来ます。 ・ さまざまな試作デバイスを極低温（数K）から室温に至る広い温度領域での電気特性を低ノイズ状態で測定できます。極低温下で動作するデバイスの原理解明や新たなデバイス作製のお役に立ちます。 ・ パワーデバイス特性評価装置（B1505A）を接続（別途、専用コネクタが必要です）や本学微細加工PFの半導体特性評価システム B1500A（https://openfacility.sec.tsukuba.ac.jp/eq/front.php?cont=eq_detail&id=66）を使用することにより、I-V、C-V特性の測定もできます。また、ご使用者様が測定装置を持ち込むことも可能ですので、使い慣れた計測機器での測定もできます。 仕様 ・ 温度安定性：±0.2K以下、電流ノイズ：±50fA以下、リーク電流：±50fA以下、ホルダー振動値：±2μm以内. ・ 常設測定器：B2912A （2ch SMU, 10fA, 210V）. 取得年月日 2014.3.27 [Features of the apparatus] ・ The cryogenic probe station to achieve a safe and simply cryogenic environment. In this prober enables us to control temperature in the range of 4.2 K to 300 K with cryogenic refrigerator without using any liquid helium and the temperature stability is ±0.2 K. ・ You can measure the electrical characteristics of low noise conditions various prototype devices in a wide temperature (4.2K - 300K) range. ・ Measurement of I-V and C-V characteristics is also possible by connecting B1505A (Power device analyzer). Though, the optional connector is required. In addition, the user can also bring measuring equipment. B2912A is installed as a standard measuring instrument.
