ウェスタンブロッティングの化学発光画像を高感度に撮影し、解析が行える装置です。 Blue、Green、Redの3色のLEDと590/60、520/30、605/40、630/30、680/40の蛍光フィルターを装備しており、蛍光染色および蛍光多重染色されたゲルの撮影と解析を行います。 さらに、312 nmのUVトランスイルミネーターと白色LEDが装備されており、UVトランスイルミネーターでは、エチジウムブロマイド染色ゲル、SYBR Green/Safe染色ゲルなどの撮影・解析、白色LEDでは、CBB染色ゲル、銀染色ゲルなどの撮影・解析を行うことができます。 設置年月日 2015.3.16 This device can photograph in high sensitivity the chemiluminescence image of Western blotting. Besides, you can analysis the fluorescence dyeing gel and fluorescence multiplexed dyeing gel. This device is equipped with three color LED of blue, green and red, and the fluorescence filter of 590/60, 520/30, 605/40, 630/30 and 680/40. In addition, the UV transformer illuminator (312nm) and White LED are equipped. Therefore, you can photograph and analysis the ethidium bromide dyeing gels and SYBR Green/Safe dyeing gel by using UV transformer illuminator.
