主にエチブロ染色したゲルを撮影する装置です。オプション追加によりCBB、銀染色ゲル等の撮影も可能になります。 装置単体での使用が可能で、付属のサーマルプリンターにより撮影した画像を出力することができます。また撮影した画像ファイルはフロッピーディスクに保存することが可能です。 キャビネットの両側に扉が付いており、前面ドアを開けずにゲルの切り出しを行うことが可能です。 製品構成は、ＣＣＤカメラ、UVトランスイルミネーター内蔵一体型キャビネット、サーマルプリンターとなります。 設置年月日 2004.3.16 This system is designed for the acquisition of gel images stained with ethidium bromide. The images of CBB and sliver staining gels can be also acquired with this system, optionally. This system can be working alone without any out-sourcing PC. The images can be output with the thermal printer and also stored into disks. By using gates on the both side of the unit, the gels can be cut out wihtout opening its front door. This system is configured with darkroom with transilluminator, CCD camera, and thermal printer. Installation date: 2004.3.16 |
