オープンファシリティーシステムご利用の皆様へ
日頃より、オープンファシリティーの登録機器をご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
この度、数理物質系（パワエレ共用システム）で保有しております、超高温炉（SR1800TS：サーモ理工社製）
のオペレーショントレーニングを実施することとなりましたので、以下にお知らせ申し上げます。

【講習内容】
超高温炉（SR1800TS）のメーカー技術者をお招きしての操作講習会となります。
装置を熟知したメーカースタッフのお話がうかがえます。普段疑問に思っていることのご質問等もできますので、この機会にふるってご参加ください。

・装置概要、原理の説明.
・試料のセット方法.
・排気手順、停止手順.
・ランプの交換方法.
・石英部品取扱い上の注意.
・温度制御器の取扱・IR (センサーの取扱)等.

Now, we will carry out operation training of RTA system (SR1800TS: THERMO RIKO CO., LTD. ).

【Lecture content】
(Sorry, it should be noted, all description will be Japanese.)
We will invite the technician of manufacturers and hold an operation training of RTA (Rapid Thermal Annealing) system. You can ask questions to the manufacturer staff who are familiar with this equipment.
Please actively participate.
・Outline of the equipment and operation principle .
・How to setting the sample.
・Procedure of exhaust for vacuum.
・How to replace the Infrared lamp.
・For notes on the handling of quartz parts.
・How to use the temperature controller.
・Questions etc.
