日頃より、オープンファシリティーシステムをご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

この度、数理物質系（パワエレ共用システム）で保有しております、パワーデバイス特性評価装置
（B1505A等：キーサイト・テクノロジー（旧アジレント・テクノロジー）社製）のオペレーション
トレーニングを実施することとなりましたので、以下にお知らせ申し上げます。

【講習内容】
B1505Aのメーカー、キーサイト・テクノロジー株式会社の技術者をお招きしての操作講習会となります。
計測器を熟知したメーカースタッフのお話がうかがえ、普段疑問に思っていることなどのご質問も
できますので、この機会にふるってご参加ください。

Thank you very much for using the open facility system daily.

Now, we will carry out on-site training of Power Device Analyzer/Curve Tracer
(B1505A; Keysight Technologies). It will be announced in the following.

Equipment: Thermal Emission Microscope (THEMOS-1000)

(Sorry, it should be noted, all description will be Japanese.)

We will invite the technicians of Keysight Technologies, manufacturer of
Power Device Analyzer/Curve Tracer and hold an operation training of B1505A.
You can ask questions to the manufacturer staff who are familiar with this device.
Please actively participate.

・ Description of the device Overview.
・ Measurements possible with B1505A.
・ How to use EasyEXPERT software.
・ How to operate the data display.
・ Usability of the Application Test.
・ Usability of the Trace Test mode.
・ Usability of the Classic Test Mode
・ Measurement using a real sample.
